In the unlikely event you receive an item that does not meet our high-quality standards, you can return the unworn item with tags within 30 days of purchase for a store credit or refund.
- Returns must be unworn, unwashed with tags attached, free of dirt, hair, pet fur, perfume, fragrances, and smoke, and in original packaging.
- Products that do not meet this criterion are ineligible for return. Items worn will be resent to the customer, and a credit/refund will not be issued.
- Once we have received your return, your Intimate Brides account will be issued with a store credit or refund, depending on your requirements.
- Returns postage is payable by the customer.

- Please ensure that you provide your tracking details to Intimate Brides. We will be unable to locate your parcel without your tracking and will not be held responsible for lost packages.
- Sale items are ineligible for returns as these are final discounted items to clear.
We advise customers that all purchases are checked within 24 hours of arrival and notify us immediately if there are any issues.
HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?
- To make a return send an email to support@intimatebrides.com with your order number in the subject header and the reason for your return request.
